Required Forms for Camp Attendance
AFTER REGISTRATION
Two weeks before camp a newsletter is sent out to families of registered campers. At this time you are asked to complete camper information/emergency forms. All families must complete the appropriate form for their child. These links are the same that are in the newsletters. They are here for your convenience.
Please don't complete them earlier than 2 weeks prior to your camp.
