KIDS ‘N DANCE ‘N THEATER ARTS CAMP DECISIONS DURING COVID

KIDS 'N DANCE 'N THEATER ARTS CAMP DECISIONS DURING COVID

Are your camps running on site?

Not yet. We are not permitted to.

Once regulations allow it, how will you make a decision whether a given camp will be on site?

Once we are given permission to hold camps on site, we will survey parents to determine if a majority would like to attend on site or not. This, in addition to limits of children allowed on site will determine what we do.

When will you make a decision that a  given camp will be on site once regulations allow it?
As soon as possible. We aim to give everyone one to two weeks notice of camp switching from Zoom to on-site.
What if we don't want to participate in the Zoom camp option or on-site (if allowed)?
We are happy to offer you a full credit after the time of the camp.  See below for refund option.
Can we get a refund for our camp?
Refunds will not be provided until after the date of the camp.
Please keep in mind that we are a small family business.  We are trying to have enough cash on hand to pay our instructors and their health insurance, and still have enough to refund folks who have lost their job and are having financial difficulty.  If at all possible, we would appreciate you taking a credit option.
Will Kids 'N Dance 'N Theater Arts be able to weather this challenging time
financially?

Our programming is so diverse that we are confident we can continue to be here for you for years to come.  We have had highly successful writing classes that helped provide quality on line academic instruction.  Our dance zoom classes have allowed us to keep staff employed. Many families are excited about our innovative on-line summer camps and, during the school year, we expect our child-care program to be in high demand if schools have alternate schedules to manage social distancing requirements.
