Booking Your Party
Four items are required to book your party and reserve your date and time:
1) Deposit: The deposit amount depends on the number of participants. (See below) Deposits are equal to half the entire cost and no adjustments can be made for reduced numbers of participants. Deposits are nonrefundable however with two weeks notice of cancellation the deposit can be used towards classes. The balance of fees is paid directly to the teacher at the party.
[table “8” not found /]2) Credit Card number: When you book a party with us, you agree to our late departure terms. An additional fee of $50 every fifteen minutes after departure time will be charged to your card on file. Confirmation of departure time will be made when you arrive and we ask that you sign out prior to leaving
3) Theme Choice: You need to let us know what theme you would like to have for your party. This way we can make sure we have reserve time with the appropriate teacher.
